It's Sunday afternoon and it's my last day in DC. I've enjoyed the food, the sites and most of all family. I'm a few hours from leaving and it's kind of hard to leave. While my visit was two-fold, an awesome shoot with one of my brides who rocked her session and more on her later, but the main reason for my visit to DC was for all of the cousins to spend time together before my cousins Umar and Nadine depart soon for their diplomatic assignment to China. The time has been well spent bonding, reminiscing and wishing them well. This is going to be an exciting journey and opportunity and I'm very happy for them. It's kind of interesting to think we now have a diplomatic dignitary in the family. :) There's not too much more to say since it's going to be a sweet bitter, but it's not good-bye only so long for now. In the meantime and in between time I wish my cousin Umar and his wife Nadine much love, happiness, and success and I look forward to seeing you guys in China. I end my post with a cousin group pic I took even though it was with my camera phone.
